Committee Meetings

The purpose of Committee Meetings is to support the program that the Patrol Leaders Council develops and which the Committee has approved. Parents are not only invited to attend, but they are encouraged to participate in the discussion, since the Troop Committee is made up of all the Troop’s Parents.

Location and Time

The second Tuesday of every month at Grace Baptist Church, room D-218 at 7:15pm, coinciding with the Troop Meeting across the hallway.

Agenda

The Committee Chairman and Scoutmaster jointly plan the agenda, although any Troop member may suggest agenda items.
